Project Revolution Revisited kicks off

10 Dec 2014 Project Revolution Revisited kicks off

We have started the production of a documentary film Revolution Revisited, directed by Andreas Hoessli. The film will be shot in Iran and Poland focusing on the issue of revolution in the context of Solidarity and the revolution in Iran. Ryszard Kapuściński’s book Szachinszach, which tells the story of the Iranian revolution, will be the starting point to this story.

Andreas Hoessli has been a freelance director, making documentary films for cinema and TV since 1993. For the last couple of years he has been running a workshop teaching different ways of shooting documentaries that focus on historic events. He is a member of Swiss Film Academy.

Revolution Revisited is a Swiss-Polish co-production of Centrala and Mira Film.
